New Diaper Bag
So far Rachel is the babies favorite Aunt. If any of you would like to compete for the number one spot feel free. But seriously Rachel thank you, I love ya. Rach picked this up for me but of course in black. Black makes you look thinner and I will need that in about two months. Thanks again Rach you are wonderful.Love the baby and especially me.

Eliza's first soccer game
My little soccer star. She wanted #7 like I was growing up, but the coaches daughter already had that number on. It pays to be the coach.Dallin missed his first game today due to tonsil recovery. I will let you know how he does next week.
Eliza was put at sweeper. The first quarter no one was staying in position so I told Eliza not to cross the half way line. It worked however she took me so literally if the ball was loose she would stand at the line and look at the ball even if it was a couple of feet from her. We will work on it. At least it brings me some comfort that she is a "rule follower."

Tonsils
This is what I woke up to this morning. Eliza had got Dallin everything he needed, right down to his stuffed animals and ice pack. She is such a sweet sister. I think this experience wipes out the time she pushed his head into the pantry door.
Who said things don't buy happiness??
Yesterday Dallin got his tonsil's out. Finally!! He was doing very well yesterday after the anesthesia wore off and some of the meds were still lingering. However last night he spiked a fever and has been somewhat miserable today. However he is still being a pretty happy boy. Last night he did tell his Dad that he needed to do something nice for me because I am the very best Mom. I have comforted him all day and tickled his back whenever he wanted. I hope it was him talking and not the drugs. Regardless it made me happy to hear I was doing my job. Steve wants to know why I don't take care of him like that when he is sick? Dallin did get a Lego set to ease the pain and it worked. We spent the whole day putting it together and playing with it, and today! Aren't I lucky? I am glad Eliza is here today to take some playing time with Dallin and she is being a big help to Dallin. He has informed her that because his throat was cut open that she should get him whatever he needs, and she is going along with it.
Summer Camps
Dallin just finished the Diamondbacks baseball training camp. He loved it, baseball for a whole week. We were going to do one more camp but after swimming lessons and then they both signed up for gymnastics for the summer plus soccer just started, there just isn't the time or money. Eliza gets to do a gymnastics camp that starts in a couple of weeks which she is very excited about. Before I know it school will start and we will have a new baby brother to take care of. Maybe I should start to get ready for him to come home. I have nothing except a moses basket and some onsies. Isn't that all you really need?

Knock to my PRIDE
Recently my kids have said a few things to put me in my place. My pride defiantly took a hit. ELIZA-this one happened at the pool.About 2 months ago I went to the dermatologist to see what can be done about getting my freckles lazered.I left with the bad news that I would have to wait till pregnancy was over.Which kind of defeats the purpose because the reason they are so dark right now is because I am pregnant.Oh well, lets just say i am a little self conscious of my freckles. So we are at the pool, the other day and I am putting sunblock on myself and go to put some on Eliza, who of course puts up a fight. I said to her we have to put some on to protect your face. She says back, "yeah, I don't want to have a crazy face like yours when I grow up."
DALLIN- so yesterday the kids and I are in the car. Dallin asked me, "What temperature does it have to be for things to freeze?"I said, "I think around 33-34 degrees. But I'm not to sure lets call Dad." Dallin then said, "Yeah because how many years of college did you go to?" I said, "2 years." "And how many years years did Dad go to?" I answer, " Dad went to 9 years." This is when Dallin informs me, "So our Dad knows a lot of stuff, and you just know a lot about pregnancy and cleaning!!" I just want to say that I am so thankful for me kids who are boosting my self confidence daily.
Let me tell you a few other things they have told me recently. Eliza was learning about penguins at school and pointed out that I have blubber just like the penguins. Dallin asks me quite often if what I am eating has fat in it, because I should not eat fattening things anymore since I am getting a little fat. Eliza is quick to point out it's just because of the baby. There is more but I don't want to put myself out there anymore.Hope you all had a great laugh on my behalf.

Eliza's Birthday Party
Last Game
By the end of the T-ball season they are doing coach pitch and I am happy to say, by the last game Eliza went 4 for 4 with one in the park home run(which according to Dallin is so hard to do but his sister did it.) She was the last batter!
Dallin's season was fun, it's starting to get competitve and I'm trying not to be a stressed out Mom on the sidelines. The last time I was pregnant with Eliza I got kicked out of a game that I wasn't even playing in. My husbands team "Boardwalk" was playing and I had a lot of emotion when it came to that team. I miss it!! I'm happy to say I have a little more control. Well Dallin's season is over. We had the team party on Monday night which I volentered to put together. We had it at the Country Club and it was a huge hit. I am also happy to say that, that is the last thing that I have signed up to be in charge of. Now if I can just keep my mouth shut, I can coast through the summer. Well we do start soccer in the next couple of weeks.
